So, after years of testing and working with different scatters, flocks and foliage materials, Luke decided to release his own.

Easy to use

Static grass is used in railway modelling and miniature war gaming to create realistic looking ‘grass‘ textures. It consists of small threadlike particles charged with static electricity, making it stand up when glued to a surface

Our exciting range of static grasses available in lengths of 1mm, 2mm, 4mm and 6mm many are sold in a great shaker jar that helps to distribute your grass evenly.

• 2mm Grass is ideal for aplicacation without static applicator. Just sprinkle and done. With a applicator it’s a great base grass to work from as your main layer
• 4mm Grass is great for building up Length and different tones and heights of grasses 
• 6mm Grass is great detailing grasses for longer areas
• For an even more professional finish we recommend the use of an electronic static grass applicator.

Luke’s Aps Static Grass can be used for a multitude of different effects, placed directly on to a layout to create realistic ground cover or for detail work and coarser texture flock to replicate weeds or grass, The Static Grass can also be applied as foliage to trees and basic shrubs to replicate leaves and foliage, for better effects please see our range of dedicated tree foliage. Also, great when applied over rocky outcrops to replicate scrub land.
