Create stunning, realistic cork bases for your miniatures with Base Ready Cork 10-50mm Natural. This custom hand-mixed mixture of large cork granules is perfect for recreating the rocky terrain of a mountain range, the ruins of an ancient civilization, or the bark of a giant tree.

Base Ready Cork 10-50mm Natural is incredibly easy to use. Simply apply a coat of Fast Drying Basing Glue to your miniature's base, then sprinkle or dip into the Base Ready. You can also use your fingers to press the Base Ready into place to create different textures. Once you're satisfied with the result, simply finish with a spray of Sealant.

Base Ready Cork 10-50mm Natural is perfect for a variety of miniature wargames and Tabletop games, as well as model railroading and other hobby projects. It's also a great way to add detail and realism to your miniatures, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned hobbyist.

Tips

  • For best results, use a strong adhesive that is suitable for the surface you are attaching the Cork - 10-50mm natural to.
  • You can use multiple layers of Cork - 10-50mm natural to create thicker or more complex terrain formations.
  • You can also use other modelling materials, such as rocks and vehicles, to add even more realism to your scene.

Instructions for use

  1. Prepare your cork. If the cork is too thick, you can use a hobby knife to cut it into thinner pieces. You can also use sandpaper to smooth out any rough edges.
  2. Apply a thin layer of glue to the area where you want to apply the cork. You can use a brush or your fingers to do this.
  3. Press the cork into the glue. Be careful not to overdo it, or you may crush the cork.
  4. Allow the glue to dry completely. This may take several hours.
  5. Once the glue is dry, you can trim away any excess cork with a hobby knife.
  6. If you want, you can prime and paint the cork. This is not necessary, but it can help to create a more finished look.
